Patty Kim, MS, CCH, IACH DIHom
I practice classical homeopathy with a focus on precision, individualization, and a deep understanding of the whole person.
Each case is approached with careful attention — not only to symptoms, but to the patterns, history, and underlying tendencies that shape an individual’s health.
Before entering homeopathy, I built my career in management consulting, leading complex, data-driven initiatives within large organizations. That work required structured thinking, pattern recognition, and disciplined analysis — skills that now directly inform my approach to case-taking and evaluation. Over time, however, it became clear that my path was leading elsewhere.
My transition into classical homeopathy was shaped by personal experience. Witnessing family members navigate complex health concerns reinforced the importance of approaches that consider the individual as a whole, rather than focusing solely on isolated symptoms. This experience led me to pursue formal training and commit fully to the study of classical homeopathy.
I am a board-certified classical homeopath (CCH) and a graduate of the International Academy of Classical Homeopathy (IACH), where I completed the DIHom diploma under the guidance of George Vithoulkas. My work reflects a disciplined and thoughtful application of classical principles, grounded in individualized case analysis.
Each case begins with comprehensive case-taking and structured evaluation, with the goal of understanding the full context of an individual’s health — including history, patterns, and constitutional tendencies. Remedies are selected with care and precision, and the process is guided with ongoing attention and support. The focus is not on quick fixes, but on meaningful, lasting change.
All consultations are conducted privately via secure Zoom sessions, allowing for focused, uninterrupted care regardless of location. The experience is designed to be seamless, thoughtful, and fully centered on the individual.
The Philosophy of Homeobound
Classical homeopathy is a disciplined and individualized system of care rooted in careful observation and thoughtful analysis. Practiced for more than 200 years, particularly throughout Europe, it remains centered on understanding the individual as a whole rather than focusing only on isolated symptoms.
Each case begins with comprehensive case-taking. The goal is to understand how symptoms are expressed within the broader context of a person’s health history, patterns, sensitivities, emotional tendencies, timing, and modalities. These elements are considered together, not in isolation.
Remedy selection is based on individualization. A remedy is chosen not because of a diagnostic label, but because it corresponds to the unique pattern an individual presents. This process requires clarity, patience, and disciplined evaluation.
I do not treat or diagnose disease. Homeopathy treats the whole person. The focus of care is on understanding the individual and selecting a remedy aligned with the overall presentation.
The intention is not suppression, but thoughtful support — choosing a remedy that reflects the individual pattern and encourages balance in a steady, measured way.
